Today as I was sitting and reflecting on all that has happened I cannot believe I am in year 12 since I started Body Circuit for Her. It all started in my garage with a friend helping me choose a name (thank you Tammy Grayson) those were sure fun times.
After losing my parents through illness 14 years ago I really was in a place of a heavy heart and truly felt lost without them. Leaving my job at the time after several years was really truly a blessing because it allowed me to take the time to really figure out how I wanted to serve others and how I could build something that would be supporting other women in their health and wellness and would keep me in a place of integrity and alignment.
Do to contract obligations with my previous employer I was not allowed to solicit for a period of 6 months any members of the facility I was previously employed by.I stuck to that obligation and in the mean time one person that use to come to my classes regularly contacted me on a regular basis (Cheryl Groves thank you for your persistence) she was always checking in and asking is your time up? do you know what your going to do? ect. It was actually Cheryl that gave me the idea of bootcamp from something she had seen from somewhere.
So as the story goes and I will keep it short I looked at many franchise opportunities that offered this particular format and over a short period of time I took the steps to create my own bootcamp model and did the ground work to bring it all together and voila Body Circuit Bootcamp was born.
Over the years we have offered many different programs from bootcamp, yoga, zumba, personal training and so much more.
Where does the time go it just seems to fly by. I am so grateful and thankful for all the women I have had the pleasure to meet and work with it truly has been an amazing journey and has allowed me to give the best of myself to you.
The past couple of years I have been learning new innovated ways of working with the whole person in the field of energy work and nutrition. My business is expanding and growing in a way I could have never imagined 12 years ago.
While bootcamp will always be one of my favorites for a short time I thought I would be saying goodbye to that but what I have come to realize after having a few months off last season is I cant be without it.
Being in nature, releasing the stresses of the day reconnecting with mother nature getting grounded and having the ability to help other women do the same.
As I move forward I look forward to working with you also in new ways.Watch for new programs to be released throughout the rest of the year.
Thank you to all the women who have supported my passion, trusted me with there wellness. I look forward to serving you for years to come.
Sincerely yours in health and wellness
