Full Moon Chakradance

Full Pink Moon – April This name came from the herb moss pink, or wild ground phlox, which is one of the earliest widespread flowers of the spring. Other names for this month’s celestial body include the Full Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon, and among coastal tribes the Full Fish Moon, because this was the time that the shad swam upstream to spawn.
These gently healing, moving meditation workshops combine your own spontaneous movement to specially composed music with guided visualizations and creative mandala exercises to allow you to access your true authentic self and connect with your soul/higher self.
Please note that you must reserve your spot there are only 8 spotsas the space is limited.Wear comfortable clothing like yoga pants.

Coconut Oil Natural Beauty
What is the best coconut oil?
Unrefined coconut oil / pure coconut oil is unfiltered and contains no additives. Virgin coconut oil, organic coconut oil and the organic virgin coconut oil can be unrefined as well. Don’t pay more for “extra virgin” there is no difference between it and “virgin”.
b>Now that you have it what can you do with it?
Do a search on the Internet and you will find plenty of uses for coconut oil. It’s naturally antibacterial and anti-fungal, making it ideal for skin & hair care. Coconut oil for skin is an excellent moisturizer and it penetrates hair better than other oils. Best of all it’s inexpensive!
For Your Hair
There’s a reason many conditioners contain coconut oil: It’s better able to penetrate hair & prevents protein loss more than mineral and sunflower oil.
Apply a quarter-size dollop to your hair, comb it thru, and then pile it into a loose bun. You’ll want to place a soft towel over your pillow or sleep in a shower cap. In the morning, shampoo as usual with a gentle cleanser.
Smooth & Shine – Smooth a tiny amount of organic coconut oil onto your ends of your hair to add a little shine, or on flyaways if you have dark hair. Remember that a dab will do you.
For Your Face
According to research coconut oil is great for atopic dermatitis, many women swear by its use as a nighttime moisturizer for their face. Try the double-cleansing method: Rub the oil in circular motions all over your face and neck, giving yourself a gentle massage as you go. When you’re done, wash off the residue with your favorite cleanser. (If you’re adult-acne-prone, avoid this technique unless you know your skin tolerates coconut oil.)
Eye Makeup Removal It even works on waterproof mascara! Put a little Coconut Oil for on a cotton ball and gently sweep it over your eyes, your under-eyes as well. The oil breaks down makeup, and leaves the area hydrated. Wash your face as usual after.
Make your own body scrub, you can make one yourself with ingredients you already have in your kitchen. it’s natural & inexpensive. Coconut oil for skin can speed up wound healing, and it can be effective in increasing hydration and reducing water loss in dry skin.
Melt ½ c of coconut oil at very low heat. Pour it over 1 cup of brown sugar, stir well. If you have some, add in five drops of your favorite essential oil or some pure vanilla extract.
