When I first started this journey, my primary focus was weight loss. About 4 – 5 days in to my challenge, I quickly realized this was much, much, more. It became personal and I understood this was a total transformation of mind, body, and spirit.As a single mom with two young children and a full time job, I was constantly overwhelmed and exhausted.
