It’s that time of year again with Halloween approaching and the stores being loaded with bags of candy for weeks now! Crazy or what. Every year its the same thing we find ourselves having one here and there and before you know it we are feeling tired, exhausted and fatigued.

Does sugar really make you feel like that? Well I suggest that if you took the time to track the sugar you ingesting I think you would be rather shocked at how much you really are consuming.
