When I first started this journey, my primary focus was weight loss. About 4 – 5 days into my challenge, I quickly realized this was much more. It became personal, and I understood this was a total transformation of mind, body, and spirit. As a single mom with two young children and a full-time job, I was constantly overwhelmed and exhausted. The daily struggle to find the energy required to keep up with simple tasks. I was tired of my daily battle with food, sweets in particular.
