Our bootcamp fitness classes are the best in Surrey! These classes are for women who want to achieve their goals, transform their bodies, feel better and more fit. The fitness systems are designed as a whole body workout that will improve your energy, stamina, fitness, and strength in fun and interesting ways. We guarantee that some of the exercises we do will push you to your limits, essentially ensuring you achieve your goals in the long run.We are always challenging the body in new ways, and that means that you will always be progressing!
We have a fine-tuned Group Fitness formula that will target your core strength, total body strength, coordination, balance, and get you the results that you are looking for! Bootcamp fitness sessions start with a warm up followed by at least 45 minutes of individual, pairs and team exercises, we end with a cool down and stretch. Our Personal Trainers and clients are a friendly group and are always happy to welcome a new people on board. We make sure that each individual works to their own potential, their own level of fitness within the group.

Call to set up your own fitness bootcamp program with a group of friends, family or work colleagues. You can pick the days and times and location that works best for your whole group, or come join one of our existing fitness bootcamps already running.
Please note that in order to create your own bootcamp we require 4 participants minimum to set up your group.
We can help you meet your fitness goals through exercise and nutritional counseling. Work out in a supportive fun women only environment.
