Full Moon in Sagittarius Lunar Eclipse

When the moon is full, it’s most powerful. But when the moon is at its fullest, and in Sagittarius, it may feel more powerful than usual! The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on May 26th will be a rare event that few people have experienced before. This eclipse will not only bring about an incredible celestial show but also offer some insight into what you need to do to make your goals a reality.

During a Full Moon, you can feel the intensity of your emotions and desires. They may be heightened to a point that feels hard to control. This is because the moon reflects back what’s going on in our lives at any given moment. The May 26th full moon will give us an opportunity for deep introspection and reflection, as well as an increase in energy.

When this energy is harnessed, it could lead to greater success and happiness. When ignored or blocked out (by not facing your inner turmoil) it can cause increased anxiety or depression instead! So make sure you take some time during this period to look within so you don’t miss out on all the benefits from such a powerful lunar event!

This super moon is powerful and brings with it a time for a change, transformation, improvement, expansion and the raising of our vibration. The world is going through some growing pains but if we stay focused on the positive our rewards will be plentiful.

It’s now time to come together in cooperation and collaboration with complete and total understanding. It’s time to share our dreams and what inspires us to grow and expand. Take time to evaluate what you want to let go of as we move through the full moon. Create a ritual for yourself to release what is no longer serving you and bring forth what you would like to manifest in the next month and beyond.

Some rituals you can do are as follows:

– write down what you want to release on a sheet of paper and burn it or throw it in the water

– take time for yourself and do something that brings you joy. This can be as simple as reading your favourite book, calling up an old friend, painting a picture, etc.

– meditate with crystals under the full moonlight (these are some stones that may help energetically during this lunar eclipse). Try using amethyst, quartz shungite, black tourmaline labradorite, red jasper, sodalite, citrine smoky quartz

-take a moon bath by lighting candles, bathing under full moons light and soaking whilst listening to your favourite music (moon baths are said to have healing properties and I love to add magnesium salts)

-you could also try grounding yourself. This can be done through meditation, yoga, stretching and breathwork. The idea is that when we feel balanced we manifest more easily into balance in our lives too!
