For over 2 decades, Body Circuit has helped thousands of women by providing them with effective workouts that have allowed them to reach their goals.

We take a holistic approach to total wellness and specialize in providing personal training, professional boot camp fitness training that can be done at your home or office as well as our in-home studio.

The British Columbia Parks and Recreation Association (BCRPA) Trainers are highly qualified professionals who continuously receive ongoing educational training in some of the most advanced fitness techniques. They also have CPR certification, which is a must for any trainer! Sonia’s vision was to develop a company dedicated to educating and supporting women on SMART goal setting, exercise fitness training techniques, healthy nutrition, and balanced living.
