When working out, ensure you’re taking deep breaths through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. It will help get more oxygen to your muscles and keep you from getting lightheaded or dizzy.
Choose cardiovascular exercise that you like to do they can include things like walking, running, biking, or swimming. These can be done with equipment such as a treadmill, stair climber, or rowing machine. Or you can choose not to use the equipment.
