Here’s what you will receive:
- Live online fitness classes every month with a mix of Bootcamp fitness, cardio intervals, kickboxing and stretching, plus all recordings in a private playlist
- Fitness classes are for all levels, approximately 30-45 minutes and do not require any equipment.
- If you have weights or resistance bands, you can use them during the fitness training session.
- Private Facebook Community filled with weekly fitness tips, challenges, recipes, community support and more.

We also offer online personal training one-on-one via zoom. We will create programs with your equipment at home and advise you on specific pieces of equipment you can purchase to have on hand for your training sessions.
