With our broad offering of online workout classes, you can get stronger, sleep better, boost your energy, and reduce stress. Online fitness classes help you stay fit and healthy so that there is no need for a gym membership, expensive equipment or having to travel anywhere. Sculpt your whole body without any props, or you can grab a set of weights to mix up your online workout routine. We have everything you need to feel your best and improve your fitness level online.

Our fitness class schedule has been designed with you in mind so that you can stay strong, fit, and healthy whenever it is convenient for you! If you can’t make it live to the online fitness classes, we will send you the recordings to use when it’s convenient for you, on your computer, mobile phone or tablet device! You do not need to be in good shape to start. Getting started is the first step.

Online Fitness Training Monthly $149

Here’s what you will receive: Classes run November 1st -March 1st Monday & Wednesday 6AM/ Tuesdays & Thursdays 6AMMarch-November 1st

8 Live online fitness training classes times vary 45 minutes plus recordings every month with a mix of Bootcamp fitness, cardio intervals, resistance training kickboxing, flexibility, stretching, and more.

  1. Online fitness training workouts are for all levels, are approximately 45 minutes long, and do not require equipment.
  2. If you have weights or resistance bands, you can use them during the online fitness training session.
  3. The private Facebook community has weekly fitness tips, challenges, recipes, community support, and more.
  4. Work with a fitness professional with over 20 years of training experience in fitness, nutrition and healing.

We also offer online personal training one-on-one via zoom. We will create programs with your equipment at home and advise you on specific pieces of equipment you can purchase to have on hand for your training sessions.
