Our fitness class schedule has been designed with you in mind so that you can stay strong, fit, and healthy whenever it is convenient for you! It would be best if you started your path toward better health today. If you can’t make it to the live fitness classes, we will send you the recordings so you can use them at your convenience on your computer, mobile phone, or tablet! You do not need to be in good shape to start. Getting started is the first step.
Live training & library recording
All sessions run up to 60 minutes plus recordings featuring a mix of Bootcamp fitness, cardio intervals, resistance training, kickboxing, flexibility, yoga stretching, and more.
- Virtual fitness training workouts are for all levels, last approximately 30-60 minutes, and do not require equipment.
- If you have weights or resistance bands, you can use them during the fitness training session. We make sure to give you lots of options.
- The private Facebook community has weekly fitness tips, challenges, recipes, community support, and more.
