Yoga is the Great Escape

Yoga is a great way to escape from the world with everything that is currently causing us to feel stressed out. Going within can also help us find the answers and solutions to current situations that we are unsure how to manage.It will help make a positive impact in your life and give you the tools you need to manage everyday stressors.There are also so many physically benefits as well depending on the types of yoga you practice.

It can also help you with so many things. You have to practice it and do it on a regular basis in order to get the full benefits. Yoga can help with your breathing, so if you’re not breathing right, it will teach you how to get in control of your breathing and how to use it with  movement. Many of us in stressful times tend to hold our breath and tense our muscles. Notice the next time when you are in a stressful situation, are you holding your breath ?do you feel the gripping tension in your muscles or are you finding that you are a shallow breather.

There are many styles of yoga so you want to explore a few of them  until you find one that feels right for you and for what your goal isin practicing yoga.Some people rave and love everything about hot yoga while others don’t like to be in a hot space so again it’s good to explore to find something for you that you can see yourself doing consistently and on going basis.In order to reap the benefits of any practice you must do it regularly.

When learning to do yoga just take your time and be kind to yourself. Like anything we learn it takes time and practice in order to get good at anything. This includes yoga too.You do not have to be flexible to do yoga either. If flexibility is a goal it will come with time,practice and consistency.
