Our Bootcamp fitness classes are the best in Surrey! These classes are for those who want to achieve their goals, transform their bodies, feel better and be more fit. The fitness systems are designed as a whole-body workout to improve your energy, stamina, fitness, and strength in fun and exciting ways. They are challenging the body in new ways! We guarantee that some of the exercises we do will push you to your limits, essentially ensuring you achieve your goals in the long run.

We have a fine-tuned Group Bootcamp Fitness formula that will target your core strength, total body strength, coordination, balance and get the desired results! Bootcamp fitness sessions start with a warm-up followed by at least 45 minutes of individual, pair and team exercises; we end with a cool down and stretch. Our Trainers and clients are a friendly group and are always happy to welcome new people on board. We make sure that each works to their full potential and fitness level within the group.

We have fitness trainers that extra motivation and encouragement to help you push yourself! Our fitness Bootcamps will get you results quickly. Be sure to bring a water bottle and towel for every class.

Bootcamp fitness is for all fitness levels; we make classes challenging but achievable. We believe in dedicated, engaging fitness instructors who love what they do! We want fitness enthusiasts who enjoy motivating others and lead and support all within the community. Our fitness group is friendly people who will help you throughout your fitness journey. We will discuss the importance of nutrition and fitness and how they work together to help you achieve your fitness goals. We will ensure that you gain the fitness knowledge needed to improve fitness, strength, endurance and total body strength.

The fitness Bootcamp is for ages 18 and older who want a safe workout environment with enthusiastic fitness leaders! Women from all fitness levels are welcome! You can attend as many sessions as you like. Bootcamp classes take place rain or shine – please dress accordingly!

Organize your own fitness Bootcamp. Set up a Bootcamp with friends, family, or coworkers better for your date and hours. You may select the days and times that work best for your entire group or participate in one of our current outdoor fitness boot camps.

Please note that to create your own Bootcamp, we require 6 participants minimum to set up your group.

We can help you meet your fitness goals through exercise and nutrition consulting. Work out in a supportive, fun environment.
