8 Live online fitness training classes
All classes are 50-60 minutes long, plus monthly recordings featuring a mix of Bootcamp fitness, cardio intervals, resistance training, kickboxing, flexibility, stretching, and more.Â
- Online fitness training workouts are for all levels, last approximately 55-60 minutes, and do not require equipment.
- If you have weights or resistance bands, you can use them during the online fitness training session. We make sure to give you lots of options.
- The private Facebook community has weekly fitness tips, challenges, recipes, community support, and more.
- Work with a fitness professional with over 25 years of training experience in fitness, nutrition and bio-energy healing.
