Absolutely. With over 22 years of experience, I specialize in helping women at all fitness levels. Whether you are a total beginner or returning after a long break, I create a safe, supportive, and non-intimidating environment to help you build confidence.

Do you offer fitness programs for women over 50 or post-rehab?

Yes. Many of my clients come to me for menopause-friendly strength training or post-rehab fitness as well as weightloss coaching. I focus on functional movements that protect your joints, improve bone density, and help you stay mobile and pain-free.

How long is each personal training session?

 Standard sessions are 55-60 minutes long. This gives us enough time for a proper warm-up, a targeted workout based on your goals, and a cool-down period to ensure your body recovers well.

Do you offer in-home personal training or home gym coaching?

Yes! I provide mobile personal training throughout the Surrey and Fleetwood areas. Whether you have a fully equipped home gym or just a small space in your living room, I can bring the workout to you. Yes! I offer partner training and small group sessions. Training with a friend is a great way to stay motivated and share the cost while still getting personalized coaching for women's fitness.Please contact me for details.

What should I wear or bring to my first session?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. Have a water bottle and a towel. If we are training at Fleetwood Park, I recommend layers in case the weather changes. I provide all the necessary fitness equipment for our workout and also can utilize your home gym equipment.

What is your cancellation policy for sessions?

We value your time and ours and require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client on our waiting list.
