If you are looking for a high-energy way to get stronger and feel better, you’ve found the right place. Our bootcamp at Fleetwood Park is about more than just a workout—it’s about joining a group of women who support one another every step of the way. With over 22 years of experience, I’ve designed these classes to focus on your core, balance, and total-body strength in a way that is actually fun.

What to Expect at Our Sessions

We start every class with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready. From there, we move into about 45 minutes of exercises that include a mix of individual, partner, and team moves. We always wrap things up with a cool-down and a good stretch so you leave feeling refreshed and ready for your day. Because our groups are smaller, I make sure to give you the personal attention you need to stay safe and get results.

More Than Just a Workout

I believe that fitness and nutrition go hand-in-hand. That is why our program includes:
  • One-hour sessions that are challenging but doable for any fitness level.
  • Nutrition help, including a menu plan and a recipe guide to keep you on track.
  • Personalized attention in a smaller group setting.
  • Accountability through weekly emails and tracking your weight and measurements.
  • Our Private Facebook Group where you can connect with the rest of the community.

  • When: We show up rain or shine, so just dress for the weather.

Would you like to work out with your friends, family, or coworkers? Now you can set up a private fitness bootcamp in Surrey just for your group. This is a great option if you want a workout time that fits your schedule and prefer days and times.
 
You pick the days and times that work for your group, and I’ will bring expert coaching and nutrition advice to help everyone reach their goals in a fun and supportive setting.

  • 6-Person Minimum: Private sessions need at least six people to get started.

No one is ever left behind! Our women’s fitness bootcamp is designed for all abilities. Whether you want to lose 5 pounds or 50, you will find a safe and supportive environment. We focus on your personal progress so you can achieve real results at your own pace.

I have a busy schedule—how do I make time?

We know life is busy, which is why our 6 am bootcamp sessions are the perfect way to start your day. By joining a scheduled class, you create a healthy habit and get your workout done before your day even starts. It’s about finally saying "yes" to your own health and strength.

What do I need to bring to the outdoor bootcamp?

I provide all the heavy equipment and accountability! You just need to bring:

• A water bottle and a towel.

• A fitness mat.

• Light hand weights (5-8lbs) if you have them.

• A light snack in your stomach so you have energy without feeling full.

What results can I expect from Bootcamp Fitness?

Most participants see a boost in confidence and strength immediately. On average, our members lose 3-6 pounds and 1-2 dress sizes over a program. Our workouts are specifically designed to tone the body, flatten the stomach, and increase overall energy.

How is this different from a local gym or health club?

Unlike a crowded gym, our Surrey bootcamp fitness is a community. You won’t deal with broken equipment or feel intimidated. Best of all, we are outdoors! Being in nature helps relieve stress and keeps you grounded, making it the perfect "breath of fresh air" after a day of working indoors.

What is a typical day like at bootcamp?

Every day is an adventure! You can expect a mix of resistance training,cardio, core conditioning, and fun team drills. To keep your body challenged and prevent boredom, no two classes are exactly the same. You’ll burn fat, meet new friends, and leave feeling fantastic.

How soon will I see visual results?

You will feel better within the first few days. Visual changes usually appear within two to eight weeks. As you get comfortable with the movements and increase your effort, your results will continue to grow!

What if I miss a class?

We don’t want you to miss a beat! While we don't offer credits for missed classes, you get full access to our online video library. This includes recorded bootcamp classes and yoga sessions you can do at home whenever it fits your schedule.
