What is Body Circuit Boot Camp Fitness anyway?
Body Circuit Bootcamp is an outdoor fitness program with top-notch fitness instructions, nutritional coaching and motivational training designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level. Our fitness program is for all levels and our trainer has years of personal training experience and gives you modifications when necessary.
What if I’m not very physically fit?
No one will be left behind or asked to complete more than she is capable of doing safely. If you have five or fifty pounds to lose, you’ll find that Body Circuit Boot Camp is just the program for you! People of all abilities and fitness levels regularly attend Body Circuit Boot Camp and achieve incredible results.
What if I’m too busy and don’t have time to come?
Professionally speaking, after working with thousands of people over the years, I have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I’d like to procrastinate.” The truth is that you can make time if you want to make changes and create a healthy, active lifestyle. Ask yourself this: Am I finally ready for a change? Do I want to feel strong and healthy? Do I want to create healthy habits?
What do I need to bring?
I will provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you will need. Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and a mat. If you have 5-8lb hand weights, please bring those. Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach, but also NOT to come on a full stomach. I don’t want you to get lightheaded during our workouts and if full you can feel sick!
What can I expect to achieve in Bootcamp Fitness?
You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average, you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat. The Bootcamp fitness program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase your strength and confidence.
How is Bootcamp fitness different than going to your local health club?
The Body Circuit Boot Camp fitness program is designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun, motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club, you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, broken equipment or being left on your own to figure out what to do. And best of all you get to be outside connected to nature which will relieve stress, get you grounded and you get a breath of fresh air, something I know most people need after a day of work inside.
What is a typical day like at Bootcamp fitness?
In one word – FANTASTIC! You can expect some easy running, resistance training, obstacle course, core conditioning, squats, lunges and much more; you will have a fun time while burning a ton of fat and meeting new people. It’s always an adventure! However, since each Bootcamp fitness program in Surrey, BC, is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and give you maximum results in the minimum time, it’s difficult to describe a “typical day.”
How soon will I see the results of Bootcamp Fitness?
Improvements can take place in as little as a couple of days. “Visual Improvement” can take two to eight weeks, depending on your effort level. Also, if exercise is new to you, there will be a learning curve, and as you get more comfortable with the exercise, your effort will increase, and therefore, you will receive greater results.

What if I miss any Bootcamp fitness class?
Unfortunately, due to the structure of our Bootcamp fitness schedule in Surrey, BC, no credit is given for missed classes.
Our classes run at 6 am. We limit the number of participants per session to maximize benefit and provide more personalized attention. However, should you become ill for an extended period, we are happy to reschedule your training to the next available Bootcamp session.
